Service Delivery Framework: Service commitments

Ottawa Public Library’s Service Delivery Framework explains what services the library offers, how clients can access them, and what to expect at different locations. It helps us plan services, fill gaps, improve consistency, and be transparent in decision-making.

Note: Items with an asterisk (*) do not reflect our current service model. We aim to reach these service commitments in future.
