• System Maintenance: Temporary Service Outage

  Access to SmartPay, Mobile Printing and PC Booking will be unavailable from Tuesday, September 16 at 9:30 p.m. until approximately 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 17 while we upgrade some systems.

• Payment Processing Outage

  Due to a global Paymentus outage, no payments have been successfully processed today. Several systems relying on Paymentus for payment processing are impacted.

• Rideau Branch – Front Door Out of Service

  The front door at the Rideau branch is currently out of service. Please use the accessible entrance or the side door to enter the building.

• Main branch: Building maintenance noise

• Summer Hours Update

  As part of our annual summer schedule, all Ottawa Public Library branches will be closed on Sundays starting Sunday, July 6.
  Regular Sunday hours will resume on Sunday, September 7.
