  • Carlingwood and Nepean Centrepointe branches remain closed

    Updates on restoration timelines will be shared as soon as possible.

    • The nearest open branches are Emerald Plaza (1547 Merivale), Centennial (3870 Old Richmond), and Rosemount (18 Rosemount)

    • Holds ready for pick-up have been extended. They will remain on the holds shelf until employees are able to safely access the buildings

    • Change your future holds pick-up location through your OPL online account.

  • Site Maintenance

  • Reduction of Parking Spaces at Vanier Branch

    From the end of March to December 2026, a City project will temporarily reduce the number of parking spots at the Vanier branch. Visitors are encouraged to use street parking or nearby alternatives.

    Aside from construction noise and limited parking, the Vanier branch’s operations will continue as usual. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

  • Alta Vista Branch: Window Replacement – Starting April 3

    Window replacement work will begin April 3 and is expected to continue until the end of July. The branch will remain open throughout the project.

    Construction noise and odours may occur during this time. Some areas inside the branch may be temporarily modified or inaccessible as work progresses.

    The accessible parking spaces are currently unavailable due to ongoing construction. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
